Barista training

March 2026. Laur, Henri and Gill took part in an intensive week-long barista training with Lucas, from Power Roasters Brussels, supported by Kaaitheater. The video was filmed on 5 March.

The training took place in the theatre garage, on furniture designed specifically for the occasion. The furniture, initiated by Moussa Cheniguel, was designed in collaboration with Benjamin Pruvost. It is built so that wheelchair users can work behind a bar, which standard counters make impossible.

This training is the first concrete step towards ENCORE’s café.
